Who is responsible for this website?

Quick-quote form

The form does not save information in a database. It prepares a message and opens WhatsApp, SMS or email on your device. You decide whether to send it.

Technical data

The server may process basic technical information such as an IP address, browser type, request time and visited address to serve the website securely and diagnose faults.

Purposes and legal bases

Enquiry details are used to prepare a quote and discuss work at your request (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). Other correspondence and essential diagnostics rely on the legitimate interest in answering enquiries and keeping the website secure (Article 6(1)(f)). If work is commissioned, information may also be processed to meet legal accounting obligations (Article 6(1)(c)).

Providing enquiry details is voluntary. Without a description of the work and a way to contact you, a reply may not be possible. Please do not include identification numbers, document details or other information unnecessary for a quote. This website does not profile visitors or make automated decisions about them.

Retention

Correspondence is kept for the time needed to handle the enquiry or complete the work. Longer retention is limited to information necessary for legal obligations or establishing, pursuing or defending specific claims, until the relevant deadlines expire. Browser session storage is explained below.

Cookies and analytics

The website does not currently use advertising or analytics tools and does not set its own tracking cookies. This policy and any required consent controls will be updated if that changes.

Your browser uses sessionStorage to remember visited pages and scroll positions so the back button can restore your place. This information contains no form contents, is not sent to the website operator and is cleared when the tab is closed.

External services

Links may open WhatsApp, Google, Oferteo or your phone, SMS and email applications. Those providers apply their own privacy policies.

Hosting, email, messaging and telecommunications providers process information as needed to deliver their services. The website currently uses OpenAI Sites hosting and Gmail for email. Their privacy policies explain their processing, including any transfers outside the European Economic Area.

Your rights

Subject to the conditions in the GDPR, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction and portability of your information. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Contact zadormarcin@gmail.com to exercise your rights. You may also complain to the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).
